Developing a simple local web app using Django to help me keep track of my job applications.
June 2020 – present
Developing a web app using Django in a small team to facilitate college syllabus sharing. I mostly work on improving UX by ensuring responsivity and accessibility. I learned enough Django in one week to start adding new features.

Made from scratch with blood, sweat, and tears (therefore, not recommended to eat)
January – May 2019
Developed web app prototype with a partner using PHP, JS, HTML, and CSS that would allow users to make custom stationery. Learned enough PHP from scratch in one semester to develop a functioning, responsive website that uses cookies and login information with security and accessibility in mind. Project for CS 4640: Programming Languages in Web Applications.

Python script that scrapes a weather.gov page and uses Twilio to send a text reminder to pack an umbrella if there is a chance of rain. Done in 12 hours.
June 2018
Collaborated with a teammate to build a website for a theoretical escape room company starting with an HTML5UP template. Done in 36 hours.
January – May 2018
Collaborated with two teammates to plan and develop paper prototypes for a centralized student activity system while taking user experience into account. Project for CS 3205: HCI in Software Development.
March 2018
Collaborated with teammates to plan and build an accessibility checker website that parses HTML to look for common accessibility errors. Done in 24 hours at Hack.UVA.
